About the team:
Online Platform Development vision is to build the eCommerce Platform offering the whole range of eCommerce APIs to easily integrate with the product world of 1&1. This paves the way for faster Solutions, new Marketing Channels and Innovation.
Our purpose is to serve and enable our internal teams of software development specialists to bring their products online and to offer the best customer experience.
As a Fullstack Developer in Online Shop Romania team your primary responsibility will be to implement frontend and backend functionalities for our micro frontends and micro services.
You will have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, facilitate technical delivery and shape the strategy and execution of the Platform.
Requirements
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to projects that have as scope new platform creation for the 1&1 Mobile and DSL eShops, based on Java 11, Spring, WebComponents and Micro-Services/Micro-Frontends;
- Be in charge of conceptual design, implementation, unit and integration testing of the new Micro-Services/Micro-Frontends;
- Assume ownership of the whole development lifecycle;
- Work in a distributed team.
We appreciate:
We are currently looking for a colleague to help us further develop these great products:
- Good experience with Spring (Spring Boot, WebFlux, Redis) and/or Java EE;
- CMS related experience would be a plus;
- Good experience with REST-API, Gradle;
- Good experience with modern JavaScript and frontend development (i.e. React, WebComponents);
- Unit- and Integration tests with JUnit / Cucumber experience;
- Strong understanding of data structures, design patterns, concurrency, and scalability;
- Docker, Kubernetes experience would be a plus;
- Highly motivated, self-driven and interested in new scripting languages, frameworks and technologies. Deadline and detail-oriented;
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
