Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident individual who can think at both operational and strategic levels who also has proven experience of successfully delivering change as well as managing and leading a team. You will be able to evidence this success through objective achievement and team development.

About You

You are an excellent communicator who can develop long term business relationships and/or networks, combining your “soft” and “hard” skills to achieve results. We need an agile thinker who can quickly resolve issues, recommend improvements to prevent issues from reoccurring whilst juggling an ever-changing workload and ensuring the customer remains the top priority.

Main responsibilities

  • Driving team performance - leading /coordinating the delivery team - looking for driven, enthusiastic individual;
  • Deliver consistent, repeatable launch best practices, processes, and deliverables. Retrospectively evaluate results and determine lessons learned to continuously improve them;
  • Work with Solution Architect and Product Owner to create relevant user cases and translate them into delivery tasks.

Requirements

To Be Considered For This Position, You Should Have

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects (particularly technology projects) from initiation through completion on committed schedules, 5+ years’ experience preferred;
  • Strong leadership, decision making, relationship management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated success establishing, managing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of employees;
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently;
  • Ability to predict areas of risk and concern;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details;
  • Experience with Agile development methodology and working in a hybrid (waterfall/agile) environment is a plus;
  • Banking domain knowledge would be considered a great advantage.
