Role
• You will offer support and consult internal and customer projects to comply to Automotive SPICE
• You will prepare internal and external assessments with the project teams
• You will be supporting and consulting project by tailoring the standard process
• You will perform Gap Analysis and Assessments to evaluate the compliance of projects to Automotive SPICE Standard
• You will be supporting the definition of Improvement Plans, means identification of actions items, planning and prioritization of action items
• You will offer proactive and hands-on support of improvement plan execution
• You will be involved in the verification of fixed action items for effectiveness
• You will perform regular tracking and reporting of compliance status
• You will support customer meetings
• You will be the interfaces with Engineering Quality regarding improvements and support
• You will accompany the continuous improvement in process development
• You will perform trainings for project teams
Requirements
Who you are:
- You studied Applied Science, Studied Electro Technique, Computer Science, or similar
- You have 3-5 years experience in main activities or similar activities in Automotive Industry
- You have advanced skills in Quality Methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
- You have advanced skills in performing Reviews and Review Methods (e.g. Peer Reviews, Inspection, Walkthrough)
You would be a perfect match to our team if:

- You have advanced knowledge of Requirements Management Systems
We would also appreciate:
- If you have comprehensive knowledge of Automotive SPICE Standard
- If you are an ASPICE Certified Provisional Assessor or higher Assessor Grade
- If you have knowledge in Automotive Standards (e.g. APQP, ISO 26262)
- If you have knowledge in agile methods
- If you have knowledge of Requirements, Configuration Management and Project Management
- If you have experience in development for automotive applications (Software and/or system) in the automotive industry
The languages you should know:
- English – a good level is mandatory
