Role
- Conduct analysis on production fallout and customer returns for electronic control units;
- Work with the local & international plants to find root cause, solutions and improvements;
- Conduct or coordinate safety impact analysis for electrical failures;
- Conduct meetings with experts and manage escalations;
- Develop lessons-learned measures with the worldwide production network;
- Share knowledge with your internal & international counterparts;
- Be the interface between R&D & production
Requirements
Education:
• University or technical college degree in engineering (electronics, electrical, mechatronics, physics or a similar field of study);
Know-how:
• Hands-on experience in applied electronics;
• Basic knowledge in manufacturing and testing;
• Previous contact with plant quality assurance measures (e.g. QC testing and product validation testing);
• Experience with problem solving tools (Ishikawa, 8D etc.);
• Experience in risk assessments and safety impact analysis;
Personality:
• Good communication skills and self-confidence;
• Efficient work style with very good people coordination skills;
• Good presentation skills (MS Office tools);
• Willingness to undertake business trips abroad for trainings and project work;
Languages spoken:
• Proficiency in English; German can be an advantage
