Role
- Leading activities for PCB development - eBike projects [hardware (electronics) and mechanical domains involved] in an international team, starting from quotation until start of production;
- Leading the series support activities in order to ensure a high quality of the product;
- Be the main technical contact person towards our partners;
- Estimate product, tooling and engineering cost;
- Track and control quality, budget and timing targets;
- Cooperate with international development partners and Bosch production plants;
- Prepare and maintain project documents according to Bosch quality system;
- Report regularly to management about project status (risk, issues etc.)
Requirements
Education:
• Electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar field of study;
Minimum experience in the field:
• Experience in project management for the automotive\multimarket industry;
Know-how:
• Knowledge of existing design methods like FMEA, DFMA, V-Model;
• Ability to lead a project team in a matrix organization;
Personality:
• Efficient work style with very good coordination skills;
• Good communication skills;
• The ability to adapt and to synthesize;
• The ability to cope with stressful situations;
• Self-confident, willing to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken;
Languages spoken:
• Fluency in English; German can be an advantage;
Nice to have:
• Willingness to undertake business trips abroad for trainings and project work
