Role
Overview:
The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within CSO Identity & Access is responsible for the management of central Identity & Access Management solutions. These solutions provide standardized and compliant processes for request & approval and provisioning of access rights in applications. The assignment of access rights is performed automatically as well as manually. Furthermore, access rights are granted and revoked based on the general joiner and leaver process of a worker.
We are looking for a Senior Developer who will be responsible for the design and the development of business processes and security controls within the central Identity & Access Management solutions (One Identity Manager). That includes the implementation of processes for request, approval and provisioning of access rights.
- Effective and efficient implementation of automated identity and access management processes based on the One Identity Manager
- Implementation of measures to increase compliance and performance of the solution
- Ensuring software quality and compliance within the software development lifecycle
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of business processes on the central identity and access management solution
- Ensuring compliance to software development standards and best practices
- Proactive and individual management of risks, issues and improvements
- Engineering support for central identity and access management solution
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in software development (preferably in the domain identity and access management and the tool One Identity Manager).
- Experience with cloud technologies like Google cloud platform (or AWS) is desirable
- Strong skills in .Net (VB.Net, C#), (T-)SQL and MS SQL/ Windows server environments
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- High responsibility and risk awareness
- High own initiative and engagement as well as excellent team skills for cooperation in an international team
- Fluent English spoken and written;
- Fluent German spoken and written is desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college
