We are looking for

A Project Manager with passion for his work, strong autonomy, comprehensive understanding of project management, an organized mind and confident communicator which will work closely with our creative development teams, key stakeholders, product owners and business owners to address needs and problems, whilst engaging with the necessary Senior Management to ensure objectives and priorities are aligned

Requirements

What you will do

  • Ensure the communication and alignment between the Business and IT services management teams
  • Manages project teams in order to get achieved the objectives and the project needs for the beneficiary and the affected parties, and also to elaborate the final document of business specifications (Business & User Requirements);
  • Gather business requirements and conduct research, analyses and evaluates information technology system requirements, procedures or problems, develops and implements proposals, recommendations and plans to improve current or future information systems;
  • Clearly writing the client requests and build logic diagrams in order to be easily implemented by developers
  • Validates final technical specifications before the start of all IT developments in order to ensure the correlation between the specifications of this business document and other functional specifications.
  • Communicates and collaborates with internal (within department) and external customers (other departments) to understand their needs regarding project deliverables including setting up and managing the right expectations;
  • Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement.
  • Anticipate problems and managing the risks related to the project
  • Monitors progress relative to milestones and deadlines and communicates the status to stakeholders
  • Coordinates releases producing, release notes, making sure the testing has been properly executed and communicates the relevant information about the releases to the stakeholders
  • Ownership of assigned Project financial performance through monitoring financial metrics, reviewing estimates versus actuals;
  • Involved in defining BI reports to measure warehousing KPIs;

 

What you must have

  • Relevant experience in Project Management
  • Agile mode and constantly encouraged to collaborate in transversal projects through which they can learn and adapt together as to contribute to the growth of their excellence center.
  • Quick/fast learner
  • Analytical mind, well-organized and able to prioritize
  • Strong skills in deadline management and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to align cross functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge about Visio or other documenting business flows tools
  • Reporting & communication of project progress
  • Conceptual thinker and able to translate this into an operational goal.
  • Proeficient in English
  • Business analysis experience

  

It is considered a Plus/would be nice to have

  • Working with databases;
  • Experience in IT system implementation
  • University degree in one of the following preferred majors: Engineering (all disciplines), Computer Science / Mathematics, Economics
  • Project Management certifications ( eg. Prince2, PMI)
