Role
The Blue Team is responsible for developing and maintaining a few of the most important flows from eMag Marketplace: Offers, Campaigns, Promotions, Genius, Files Storage, Data Conversion, and Translations. They love to develop services using cool technologies such as PHP7, Golang, Redis, Memcache, RabbitMQ, Gearman, SOLR, ELK Stack, JavaScript/TypeScript, VueJS, and Bootstrap.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, requirements, and technical design documents and provide feedback where needed;
- Create detailed test-cases based on specs and constantly update them accordingly
- Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities
- Execute test-cases against new build versions
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Build test reports
- Actively participate invalidation process of new projects that are to be tested
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement automated tests
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA Manual experience
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance on web applications
- Knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience of working in an Agile team
- Solid knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience
- Flexible, communicative, a real team player
- Analytical thinking and strong initiative
- Able to work on several simultaneous projects and to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workflow
Will be a plus:
- Prior automated testing experience using Codeception/Selenium or similar tools
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Exposure to Linux environments and knowledge of common Linux commands
- Basic programming skills
- Code versioning using Git
