In this role, you will design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Platform based on business requirements. You will participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle, including the design and architectural decisions. Your Responsibilities

• Interact with business team members to gather and document the requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Build custom solutions for clients using the Salesforce Platform, mostly Apex and Visualforce but also HTML, CSS, Javascript (Jquery, DataTable) to create custom pages, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs
• Create custom objects and fields to support development, workflows, validation rules etc.
• Perform code testing and manual testing
• Handle or helping with code deployment to production
• Ensure integration with other systems using web services
• Manage enhancements and maintenance tasks for existing projects, which include not only implementation but also analysis to find the most effective way of introducing the new logic to the existing structure
• Create custom email or data templates
• Conduct UAT with the Business users, gather feedback, and share it with the development team
• Review test cases received from the QA team and provide feedback
• Identify, plan, and implement new SFDC features in response to business needs
• Create approval flows
• Design different Web pages using Force.com Sites to capture data from external users
• Manage Users, Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, Groups, and Queues in the association
• Develop custom UI (e.g., using CSS, HTML, Visualforce components and used jQuery, JavaScript for front-end validation. Designed JavaScript buttons for custom business processes)
• Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility
• Liaise with Client teams, Business Analyst, and functional team to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce
• Assist Business Analysts in troubleshooting technical issues with standard or custom programs and reports
• Foster and maintain good relationships with clients and internal IT team members to meet expected client service levels
• Adhere to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements for production tickets
