Your role and working environment:
The Project Manager (a.k.a. ING Change Execution Professional) orchestrates the delivery of complex change initiatives (across Tribes, Functions, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business.
As a change execution professional you will be responsible for the implementation of (components of) high profile international programmes. Tasks include defining roadmaps, developing and delivering solutions and change steering. You consult with stakeholders on programme expectations, requirements and business cases. You operate independently and are able to manage relationships within programme teams and with stakeholders. You are in control: you manage interactions with related projects and programmes.
You work according to the ING Change Practice (project standards and methodologies), with a good knowledge of agile. As virtually part of the GCM department, you will collaborate with specific expertise groups, such as Change Execution, Regulatory or Business Consulting.

· An eye for detail;
· A persistent, open and convincing way of communicating: an ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation, particularly those at MBB-2 / MBB-1;
· The ability to persuade people and to turn resistance into cooperation;
· Organisationally sensitive, with a large network within ING;
· A thorough command of English, verbally and in writing;
· A Master’s degree in any relevant field;
· Knowledge with and working experience in data management is preferred;
· International experience is an advantage.
