We are looking for a Citrix Endpoint and Intune Administrator to be a part of the Mobility Team. Responsible for the upkeep and management of the Mobile environment which consists of Android / IOS and Windows 10 devices. The ideal candidate will be working alongside GTIS Enterprise architecture and the other Corporate Towers to agree the technical solutions to both new products and the upgrade and deployment of existing production services/products. They are also expected to provide Level 3 technical support as and when required to support both Onsite, Production and Application Services.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
The candidate must have an in-depth Engineering Mobility knowledge (SME) of Citrix XenMobile, Netscaler configuration and Intune configuration along all platforms.
Planning and migration of existing Mobile Device services to future solutions and troubleshooting any issues arising from or after migration;
Will be assigned responsibility for technical issues in the environment for problem resolution;
Ensure all activities are completed effectively and in accordance with Change Lifecycle and adoption of company project methodology. Responsibilities include: change control, maintenance of files, document control, actual data collection and forecasting, updating of plans, administration of quality reviews, meetings support, minute taking and standards reporting;
Requirements
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Extensive knowledge of Citrix XenMobile including firm understanding of Netscaler configuration.
Knowledge and understanding of Intune.
Knowledge around MobileIron is advantageous.
Citrix Secure Mail and Intune Company Portal.
A good grasp of TCP/IP network concepts and network trouble-shooting;
Experience working with other distribution software packages;
Experience in maintaining systems in enterprise class data center environments;
Attention to detail, seeks to help and co-operate with customers in order to develop productive, professional relationships with Customers (internal/external);
Good problem solving, decision-making skills and effective communication skills;
