Role
Molson Coors Beverage Company is looking for a highly motivated Developer, working in Bucharest, Romania and part of North American IT Solution Delivery team, to lead or take part in the development and implementation of software applications, with focus on Salesforce applications, working with solution designers, architects, quality engineers, project managers & scrum masters and other developers around the world to ensure software solutions meet business needs.
Following software development practices & life cycle methodologies throughout product development, this role will participate in building product deliverables according to specifications and design.
Many of Molson Coors IT solutions are delivered through multiple 3rd party providers. These IT solutions support business transformation initiatives and often directly affect business processes. This role has responsibility for working with 3rd party providers to co-create Project Deliverables within time, budget, quality and scope.
The position is based in Bucharest, Romania, part of MC GBS Romania Development Center (RDC) and will report to a Solution Manager in Bucharest.
The Responsibilities [WHAT is to be delivered]:
- Developing solutions, actively engaged in Software development & configuration, under the technical direction of IT management taking a product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. Collaborating with other software developers, business analysts, architects and IT professionals to implement solutions
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of solution development. Participate in creation and documentation of user stories.
- Develop high level solutions using Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components based on the best practices.
- Design automated processes using Process Builders, Workflows, Approval Processes etc.
- Assist with deployment, provisioning & support activities, write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software.
- Support solutions in production: bug fixing, enhancements, change requests, incidents & problems and other support needed for operating a solution in production.
Requirements
The Qualifications [HOW we expect the employees to work]:
Required:
- min. 0.5-1+ year experience with software/application development. Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating software solutions
- Experience in any Salesforce products (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud)
- General knowledge of project management, Waterfall, Agile and DevOps concepts & principles
- Ability to quickly pick up new software languages, technologies, and frameworks
- Ability to balance a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English language
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- Knowledge of programming languages (eg. Java, javascript)
- Experience in Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies, frameworks and related tools (e.g. Jira)
- Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (vendors)
- Travel up to 15% of the time
