The Responsibilities [WHAT is to be delivered]:

Key responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the US-based IT OCM Team to apply an organizational-specific structured methodology to develop change management interventions, activities and collateral: Partner with the US-based IT OCM Team to understand the necessary change management solutions and lead the design & development of these solutions.
  • Design & develop communication content: Lead the design & development of communications to all stakeholders and impacted teams.
  • Measure change readiness, communications, training & change adoption: Partner with the US-based IT OCM Team to develop data & reporting to be shared regularly with project & business leadership on the effectiveness of change readiness, communications, training & change adoption solutions so quick and thoughtful remediation can take place.
  • Design & develop training materials: Lead & own the design & development of training, including knowledge, skill and capability building.
  • Lead scheduling, coordination and logistics for training delivery: Develop training schedules, input course and session information into the Learning Management System (LMS) for registration and assignments, create training logistics check-lists to manage all coordination activities, upload e-learning content into the LMS, develop communications regarding training delivery and track & measure training completion.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Design consistent evaluations, assessments & pulse surveys to track effectiveness of change management solutions, including change readiness, communications, training and change adoption
    • Collaborate effectively with the US-based IT OCM Team on the design and development of IT OCM solutions
    • Track and report issues in the design & development process
    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
    • Adhere to Molson Coors project methodologies, deliverables, and templates
    • Facilitate sessions via Microsoft Teams and other Collaboration Technologies
    • Conduct or assist with training delivery
    • Effective at building relationships (due to working across all levels of the organization and across geographies)


The Qualifications [HOW we expect the employees to work]:


  •     Bachelor’s science degree
    • You have at least 5-7 years of experience working in Communications Development, Instructional Design, Training Design & Development or with a related business management experience.
    • You are creative & curious and have experience and passion in creating innovative communications and training solutions to increase user acceptance & adoption.
    • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
    • Experience of working with external implementation partners
    • Familiarity with project management approaches (desired Agile and Waterfall), tools and phases of the project lifecycle, as well as, experience with large-scale, organizational change efforts
    • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
    • Ability to influence others (including a field-based audience) and move toward a common vision or goal
    • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
    • Forward-looking with a holistic approach
    • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
    • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization and with different regions that have different understandings and level of support for the project
    • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, as well as cultural differences
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment going through a lot of change
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Very good command of English language.
    • Work at least 50% of the time on Romania 2nd shift, 2 pm to 10:30 pm.


  • Bachelor’s science degree in a related field
  • Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (vendors)
  • Travel up to 15% of the time.
