Role
The Solution Architect for Commercial and Sales & Marketing domains working in Bucharest, Romania, as part of the North American IT Solution Delivery team, is part of Molson Coors GBS Romania Development Center (RDC).
This role is responsible for providing architecture consulting support on a portfolio of Commercial and Sales & Marketing initiatives, leveraging our Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) platforms. The role will drive the strategic and tactical use of technology to advance our business, solving complex business & technical problems, and advancing our DevSecOps capabilities in an Agile & SAFe operating model.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as IT architect on projects, providing architecture consulting support on a portfolio of solution developments and enhancements that may be multi-skilled or platform specific.
- Work closely and coordinates with a wide range of stakeholders, including project managers, scrum masters, business partners, process leads, architects, business analysts, testers & developers, engineers, and third parties, to review business requirements, analyze solution feasibility and prepare & execute solution technical design, architecture, and implementation.
- Lead the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools to match business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups.
- Work closely with software development teams, including designers, developers, and testers, to align software development practices, contributing to the overall software development efforts in a project.
- Maintain holistic understanding of systems and environments, serving as approval for functional and technical specifications which cross applications and/or solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the enterprise architecture and the service and solution architecture through application of appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces along with recognizing potential areas of improvement.
- Provide B2B & B2C advice, mentorship, and architecture consulting to others on technical aspects of system development and integration, ensuring correct application of relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices.
- Designs and proposes the system landscape, system refreshes consistent with project schedule for project development, quality assurance and production environments for each of the system components.
- Direct and support the implementation of software and hardware upgrades.

Requirements
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s science degree.
- Strong knowledge of architecture designs for applications, with focus on B2B & B2C applications.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and its platform components applied in a B2B or B2C models.
- Advanced knowledge architecting, designing and implementing solutions that leverage cloud and on-premise technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile model, delivering value in iterations as a member of Scrum team.
- Applied knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline.
- Applied knowledge in risk management.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and very good command of English (spoken and written).
