Molson Coors Beverage Company is looking for a highly motivated Solution Architect for the Commercial, Sales & Marketing domains, working in Bucharest, Romania and part of the North American IT Solution Delivery team. 

This role is responsible for providing architecture consulting support on a portfolio of Commercial, Sales, and Marketing initiatives leveraging our Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C Platforms.  You will be instrumental in driving the strategic and tactical use of technology to advance our business, solving complex business and technical problems, and advancing our DevSecOps capabilities in an Agile&SAFe operating model. 

The position is based in Bucharest, Romania, part of Molson Coors GBS Romania Development Center (RDC) and will report to a Bucharest based Senior Manager Solution Deliery, within the RDC.

The Responsibilities [WHAT is to be delivered]:

• Act as lead architect on key projects, providing architecture consulting support on a portfolio of solution enhancements that may be multi-skilled or platform specific
• Lead in the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies and tools to match business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups
• Maintain holistic understanding of systems and environments, serving as approval for functional and technical specifications which cross applications and/or solutions
• Contribute to the development of the enterprise architecture and the service and solution architecture through application of appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces along with recognizing potential areas of improvement
• Provide B2B & B2C advice, mentorship, and architecture consulting to others on technical aspects of system development and integration, ensuring correct application of relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices
• Designs and proposes the system landscape, system refreshes consistent with project schedule for project development, quality assurance and production environments for each of the system components
• Coordinates with third parties to execute technical design and implementation.
• Direct and support the implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
• Participate in innovation management activities: research, suggest, evaluate, rank, oversee proof-of-concept activities, and transfer knowledge of appropriate new technologies into the broader IT environment.
