Requirements
What you should bring to the table:
- Positive attitude and a start-up mindset
- Experience with TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, Java (Spring, JOOQ), Semantic UI
- The capacity to coordinate, inspire and motivate a team
- Involvement in know-how sharing processes
- Midd/Seniority level of expertise
- Excellent English skills
What you should do:
- Develop new features using the project’s established technologies and guidelines and conforming to the existing process and quality bars
- Perform code reviews
- Fix bugs
- Propose functional and technical improvements
- Perform detailed technical design
- Offer guidance and mentorship to other colleagues
- Set up dashboards and alarms to be able to proactively detect production outages or performance degradations
- Solve critical production incidents in a timely manner
