Role

888Sparkware develops and manages principal aspects of online gaming elements, including software development of online platforms infrastructure, backend, back-office tools, payment processing, CRM, risk management. 

Insights:

We need your help to develop and maintain a complex affiliate system (web interface and services) within our company working in an Agile environment using .NET technologies.

The team consists of 2 Devs and 1 QA part of your team, one Database Developer to assist the team in the database area, one Product Owner and one Project Manager.

Requirements

Job Description

  • Managing & leading the development team;
  • Review specification and design documents;
  • Create and maintain drill down designs;
  • Support team members in technological challenges;
  • Working closely with different interfaces like developers, product owners and operation managers;
  • Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve issues with other team managers;
  • Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team;
  • Providing status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.

Required skills and experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a developer;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader or an experienced developer (10+ years) looking for a new challenge;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English – a must;
  • Excellent learning and interpersonal skills – critical;
  • Responsible, meticulous, details oriented, proficient person who shows initiative;
  • Deep familiarity with C# – a must;
  • Must have knowledge of: .Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL;
  • Experience in Web development – Angular/React – an advantage;
  • Architectural planning skills – an advantage;
  • Experience working with databases – an advantage;
  • Educational background in Computer science or any relevant field.
