Role
Do you have a passion for professional services, which can support our customers in utilizing the software product suite we offer? Do you want to be a part of a new product management team that set out to build world-class concepts for our customers in the Defence area? And are you eager to develop service offerings with great diversity? Then this position might be something for you.
You will become a key player in the Product Management team who is creating new service offerings and improving existing service offerings. You will be involved in both technical development as well as concept development, and we trust you to be the creative and technical force in building concepts that meet the market needs. As we are a brand, new team you will get the chance to set your mark on the direction and co-create together with other highly skilled professionals.
You will be involved in activities such as
- Sketching and developing new service products to support our customers in utilizing our products to the fullest
- Supporting analysis of business requirements
- Develop technical requirements and implement accordingly
- Develop and design workflows for our service offerings
- Develop a concept for an easy software implementation at the customer site
- Develop concepts for integration of 3rd party software.
- Continuous improvement of service products
- Presentation and demos of the service products
Furthermore, we expect you to hold a BSc or MSc degree in computer science, engineering, or similar, with some years of experience with SW development - preferably with the roll-out of service-oriented software solutions. On the technical side, we are open to many different skills as you can see below.
Requirements
The position requires competencies such as
- MS Windows technologies and/or Linux technologies
- Container and Cloud-Native technologies
- Java EE and/or .NET (C#), Groovy, Scala, and Angular
Additionally, it would be nice if you can work with
- Microsoft Windows client and server OS configuration and installation
- Database and SQL experience using primarily MSSQL but also e.g. MySQL and Postgres etc.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS, JQuery), XML, XSD, XSLT
- Integration using data services via SOAP, REST, HTTP, Web Sockets etc.
- Scripting using e.g. PowerShell and batch etc.
You naturally think creatively and come up with solutions that are smart and easy to implement. You are eager to learn more and able to find alternative ways for achieving our goals. Experimenting comes naturally to you since you are not afraid of jumping into something new and unknown. You are a strong communicator with a great sense of drive. On top of that, you enjoy a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment that is driven by customer needs.
