About the position

The position is located at our office in Bucharest and is a part of Systematic businesses within Healthcare BU. You will join a competent team with approximately 60 skilled colleagues total in Denmark, Romania, and Ukraine and working together on a broad range of tasks like estimations for new feature development, defect fixing for the Cura product suite, feature development, or handling of service requests, deployments, operational tasks. Our processes are built around Scrum and Safe and are continuously improving and optimizing the way we organize and work in the project.

Columna Cura is our latest product within healthcare IT. It is a citizen record application – the web and app solution of the future – for the field of healthcare and social care – and supports employees, citizens, and relatives throughout a citizen’s complete health journey. Currently, it is operational and has already been purchased by more than 30 Danish municipalities.

You will be placed in the Product Development organization working within a development team as Senior System Engineer.

You will get the chance to cooperate closely with the Software Architect and contribute to setting the direction for changes to the Cura product suite. You will be one of the “go-to” persons when exceptional technical knowledge will be required, both in your project team and across groups. You will also create a team culture of pro-activeness, result-oriented, quality-driven that aligns with Systematic values and principles.
