Role
As a Salesforce Architect and Technical Lead, you will:
- Support the entire process of implementing the solution, from design to development and integration testing
- Ensure corrective and scalable support for deployed applications
- Setting vision and standards for the development and integration
- Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Core Model application and integrations.
- Consume APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc.
- Ensure Technical team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions. This includes creating standards and documentation and leveraging processes to ensure all development staff follow the same
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams
Requirements
You will have to demonstrate:
- > 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- > 2 years as a Tech Lead on Salesforce technologies
- Experience architecting complex large scale systems with incorporating packaged, custom or third parties applications and integration with other systems
- Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce project
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model
- Demonstrated team building skills.
- Proven management and mentorship of development team
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Fluent in French and English
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to understand business functional issues
- Very good interpersonal contacts (Product Owners, project managers, BA)
- Other required qualities:
- Autonomy, strength of proposal, curiosity.
- Technical environment: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Azure Dev ops, MuleSoft for API ManagementOptional, but desirable skills:
- CPQ, Valuing and Billing systems (Zuora for example)
- Pardot / Marketing Cloud
- CTI
- Mulesoft
