Cristinel Bulearca

Business Experience: Prior to his current position, Mr. Bulearca served as Senior Manager Solution Delivery of the Molson Coors GBS – Romania Development Center (RDC) and Bergenbier SA, from April 2018. Prior joining Bergenbier SA – A Molson Coors Company, Mr. Bulearca served as Program Director for Media Mix Publishing, from January 2016 to March 2018. From October 1997 to December 2015, Mr. Bulearca served in IBM Romania, first as Project Manager, till December 2004 and then as Delivery Center Manager. Prior joining IBM in 1997, he spent almost 10 years working as computer operator, assistant programmer, and system engineer in companies from various industries, like industrial engineering, software development and banking & finance.

Education: Mr. Bulearca holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with specialization in telecommunications, from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest - Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications and an MBA from the Open University Business School, UK. He passed his project management certification exam in 1999 from Project Management Institute, USA and has been PMP certified ever since.
