What problem gets solved?
Challenging while delivering
The most challenging part about working with SitaWare is understanding very well what it does. There are two components: both the technical aspect of the application and the military specificities. You need time to accommodate and learn some abbreviations or terms used in the military field. In this sense, we have developed a program called Academy, a layer of training over the standard onboarding. This means that this program provides everything needed for our new colleagues in the first two months as new employees to adjust their knowledge based on the application specificities. During this time, we make sure that they have a mentor and access to the documentation needed.

Exclusive to Romania in terms of this application/solution or service
There are no discrepancies between what we do in Romania and Denmark. Some roles were not represented in the Romanian office since they already existed in Denmark. But starting with 2020, the Defence department has grown, and at the same time, the roles for the Romanian team have become more diverse. Hence, the Project Manager and Program Architect are now based in the Romanian office. Both Romanian and Denmark teams are equally sharing the responsibilities and tasks.
