Terms and Definitions
Site - refers to the loginro.com web platform
Loginro – the loginro.com platform developer & owner, Loginro Digital SRL
User - represents the natural or legal person, registered or not on the online store, during the use of the site;
Candidate - the individual looking for a new challenge in the IT field
Company - the legal person who registered an account in the platform in order to look for talents in the IT field
Client - the company who has completed a confirmed payment, following the process of purchasing a service on the Site;
Service - represents a service (otherwise known as an advantage) offered by The Company, to the Client, for a determined period of time, as a result of a confirmed payment, or free of charge;
Account - the section of the Site that can be accessed through an e-mail address and a password, in which candidates and companies can create profiles, post jobs and respectively apply for posted jobs.
Content - represents:
- all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed by using electronic equipment;
- the content of any e-mail sent to the Candidates or Companie by electronic means and / or any other available means of communication;
- any information communicated by any means by an employee / collaborator of the Loginro/Client, according to the contact information, specified or not by him;
- information related to Services and / or tariffs practiced by Loginro in a certain period;
- information related to the Services and / or tariffs practiced by a third party with which Loginro has concluded partnership contracts, in a certain period;
- data regarding Loginro, or other privileged data of Loginro.
Order - an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between Loginro and the Company through which the seller agrees to provide access to certain Services available through the Loginro platform and the Company agrees to use these Services and make payment.
Contract - electronic contract that occurs an order is confirmed by Loginro, based on these Terms and Conditions
Specifications - all specifications and / or descriptions of the goods as specified in the order
Comment - appreciation or critical observation with reference to a product and / or Service;
Submission - sharing of personal data of the User with the online store; Example: subscribing to the newsletter (sharing the e-mail address);
Documentation - these Terms and Conditions, including or not other Loginro policies;
Link - refers to a keyword or address of a site outside or inside the Site that by engaging it through Click initiates the visit of a new web page;
Click - engaging a link or creating an activity on the Site; Example: general site navigation;
Transaction - the collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the sale of a Service by Loginro, to the Company, by using the services of the card processor agreed by Loginro.
Accepting user contract
These "Terms and Conditions" constitute a contract between The Company and the Users of the Loginro Site, Content and Services. Loginro.com Site, Services and Content are offered to you conditioned by your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and policies mentioned and / or available through the hyperlink of this contract. If you do not accept the terms and conditions herein, do not use the Loginro Site, Content and Services. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept the "Terms and Conditions". The Company may revise this document at any time by updating this page. Please visit this page periodically to read the "Terms and Conditions" as this document is legally binding. Your continued use of the Loginro site, Content and Services represents your acceptance of the amendments to this contract.
Details of the contract
The distance commercial contract will be composed of the following documents:
- The order and its specific conditions
- Company Specifications (where applicable)
- Site`s Terms and Conditions
If the Loginro confirms the order, this will imply a complete acceptance of the order terms. The acceptance of the order by the Loginro is considered completed when there is an electronic confirmation (e-mail) from Loginro to the Company, without requiring an acknowledgment of receipt from him. The seller does not consider at any time an unconfirmed order as having the value of a contract.
This contract enters into force upon confirmation of the order by Loginro. Confirmation is done electronically (e-mail). The general terms and conditions of sale will be the basis of the contract thus concluded.
Prices and payment methods
Access to some Services provided to Companies may only be allowed after payment of a subscription. All payments, including the fees applicable to these payments, will be made:
- on the basis of the proforma invoice or, at your request, on the basis of the invoice in the bank account indicated by Loginro;
- through an online payment system, by bank card.
You will not have access to some of the Services until the money transfer to your Loginro account is confirmed.
The prices displayed on the Site for the Services are in RON and include VAT. The prices of our Services are subject to change at any time and without notice. The final price can be modified, if it is proven that it was displayed incorrectly on the site, due to an unforeseen error of the system, in which case the buyer will be notified by phone or e-mail (according to the provisions of Romanian Civil Code)
In all cases where payment is made by bank transfer, bank charges of any kind (eg transfer, foreign exchange, etc.) are borne by you and are not included in the price. For information related to these fees, please consult the bank issuing the payment instrument / banking service in advance.
Card payment
The customer must have a card that allows him to make payments online (the customer must check with the card issuing bank to what extent it meets these requirements). Payment by card is made via a payment processor.
Your card / account will only be debited after you have completed and placed your order. For your security, all transactions are encrypted. Once the card transaction is approved, the payment amount is immediately blocked on the card / in the account and will be debited from your account when the Loginro confirms the order confirmation by e-mail. If, for whatever reason, the card transaction fails / is not performed, your order is automatically canceled and the store owner has no obligation to you. In this case, you will have to resume order procedure and provide a valid means of payment, among those accepted, shown in the order procedure.
Billing
You agree to provide up-to-date and complete information for accurate billing without extraordinary circumstances.
You agree to immediately and without hesitation update your Company account data and other information, including email address for Loginro to process transactions correctly and completely, in accordance with Loginro`s standards, and to contact you if the need arises.
Right of withdrawal
According to national consumer rights law, service contracts are exempted from the right of withdrawal after the full provision of services, if the performance began with the prior express consent of the consumer and after he acknowledges that he will lose his right of withdrawal after full performance of the contract.
Given the nature of the services available on the Site, by placing an order you confirm that the payment of the Order constitutes your express consent to the start of the provision of the service and that the services provided by Loginro through the Site are exempt from the right to withdraw from the contract.
Description of services
Loginro.com Site gives users access to a rich collection of resources, content and online career tools including: employer information, salary or career information reports, events, initiatives, jobs, career advice, career articles. You understand and agree that the Services may include advertisements and that advertisements are necessary for the Loginro.com site for supplying its Services. You understand and agree that the Loginro.com.ro Services include various announcements, administrative messages contained in Loginro.com newsletters and that these communications are considered part of your Loginro.com membership, having no option to opt out of such messages. However, Loginro will only send you communications that may be of great interest to you, such as invitations to events, articles, job opportunities, many other useful information.

Obligations at registration
To use the services offered by the site Loginro.com, you must:
- provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form of the site and
- maintain and renew, when the situation requires it, the Registration Data, to keep it true, accurate and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, Loginro has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future attempts to use the site Loginro.com.
User Responsibilities
As a user you are responsible for your own actions and the consequences that they may have, by posting the materials you upload or make publicly available on the account provided by the company.
You undertake not to do these things:
- intentionally misrepresenting or misleading information
- to publish copyrighted material, if you are not the author or if you do not have permission to publish this material;
- publish obscene, defamatory, threatening or malicious to another user, person or entity;
- harass, abuse, insult, injure, defame, slander, denigrate, intimidate or discriminate on the basis of religion, ethnicity, race, age, nationality, sex, sexual orientation or disability;
- publish a sexually explicit image or statement;
- post material that contains viruses, worms, any type of malicious ode or other programs intended to alter or destroy any system or information;
- upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to transmit or broadcast in any circumstances, under any law, Romanian or foreign, or reliable contractual relationships (such as inside information, those in under proprietary learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
- upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
- have multiple addresses on the site that resemble or are created on the same theme; h) promote or provide information on how illegal activities, promote physical or verbal harm against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. This may include, but is not limited, to provide information about how to manufacture, acquire or assemble bombs, grenades or other weapons, and creating websites "crush";
- post, transmit or otherwise make available personal data (name, address, telephone number) or record them in boxes that can be viewed by other users (descriptions, screen etc.)
Loginro.com does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy of information posted by users or endorses any opinions expressed by users. Loginro.com acts as a passive factor in online distribution and publication of information provided by users and has no obligation to check in advance the material published by users. If requested by a user, the company can investigate and verify allegations and decide whether such information should be removed. Loginro.com may assume actions or measures on the user or on information provided by its users.
By introducing material in any public or private segment on the site, including forums and competitions, you grant Loginro.com continuous, irrevocable access (including moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute or to communicate the content (completely or partially) on an international scale, or to incorporate it in other works in any form, in the media or technology known or expected to develop in the future. You also allow any subscriber to access, view, store or reproduce such material for personal purposes. Subject to those mentioned above, the owner of such posted material keeps any rights that may derive from here.
You may not use a false email address, claiming to be someone other than who you are or misleading Loginro or third party sites, which are under the Loginro umbrella, as to the origin of any comments. You are directly responsible for any comments you post and for the accuracy of the information you post. Loginro is not responsible and will not be liable for any comments posted by you or any third party.
We appreciate our clients' messages and we welcome your comments regarding our services. Please note that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider any creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those specifically requested by us.
Information for Users
When you register, we will request certain information including a valid email address. In addition to the terms and conditions that will be governed in site policy, you understand and agree that Loginro.com may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. Loginro.com will not disclose to any third party your name, address, email address or your telephone number without your consent, except as required by law, when disclosure of such information is required. Loginro.com reserves the right to offer services to a third party based on data mentioned in your registration at any time after it occurred; such offers may be made by Loginro, by a third party.
Account, password and data security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is responsible for the activity carried out through his Account. You will be responsible for the use of your registration, whether it is done with or without your will. You agree to notify Loginro about any unauthorized use of your account and password. Any termination of your access to Loginro.com`s Services, under any rules of this Term and Conditions can be made without any advanced warning, and you acknowledge and agree that Loginro can immediately deactivate or delete your account from Loginro.com`s Site e and all information about it and/ or to prohibit any further access to Loginro.com`s Services. Moreover, Loginro will not be liable to you or to any third party in any way, to ban and/or delete your account and prohibit your access to services offered through Loginro.com.
Use of material
The content of the Site: images, texts, web graphics, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, constitute the entire property of Loginro and is protected by the Law on copyright and related rights and intellectual and industrial property laws.
Loginro authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material from Loginro.com (Site) only for personal and non-commercial use. The compilation (adding and rearranging) the content of this website is the exclusive right of Loginro.com, right protected by law. Unauthorized use of the material is a violation of copyright law or other laws. Loginro runs advertising campaigns and promotions on its site. Correspondence or participation in promotions of advertising companies found on or through the site, is solely your and those companies responsibility. Loginro is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from such relationship or from the presence of such companies in the advertising campaigns of the site Loginro.com. By accepting the Term and Conditions, you give the rights to Loginro to send you periodic e-mails with information or special offers.
Links to other information providers or services
Loginro.com may provide, or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Loginro has no control over such sites or resources, take in consideration and agree that Loginro is not responsible for their availability and does not guarantee for any content, advertising, products or other materials on the site or available from such sites or resources. Moreover, you admit and agree that Loginro will not be responsible or liable to pay damages, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use or reliance on the information provided by such content, goods or services available on or through such sites or resources.
You access these third party sites at your own risk. Loginro`s responsibilities
Because user authentication on Internet is difficult, Loginro does not confirm that each user is what it claims. Because we are not and cannot be involved in user-to-user relationship or we cannot control user`s behavior, in case of a dispute with one or more users, Loginro (by its agents and employees) has no liability (direct or indirect) of any kind, known or unknown, suspected or not, disclosed or not, arisen in any way connected with such disputes. Loginro has no legal obligation to control the information provided by other Users, available on the Site. Other information may be unpleasant, harmful or inaccurate. Material may contain inaccuracies or misspellings. Loginro does not assume accuracy of the material on the site. Take in consideration and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content or accuracy of the content or material placed by you on the site.
Limitation of Liability
Affirm that you acknowledge and you agree that Loginro will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, including unreached profits, using possibilities or other damages (even if Loginro has been advised of the possibility of appearing such damages), resulting from:
- the use or impossibility to use Loginro`s Services;
- unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

The opinions expressed in the materials that are published in the sections of the literary blog, cultural community and reviews are fully assumed by the authors of those materials and do not imply the joint and several liability of Loginro.
Loginro reserves the right to cancel Orders for Services that are displayed on the site, as a result of technical errors, or which, due to technical errors, present obviously erroneous / derisory prices (prices that it may appreciate that being erroneous / derisory by any user with an average level of preparation).
We do not seek (none of these Terms of Use are for this purpose) to exclude or limit liability, and no exclusion or limitation of liability applies in the following cases:

You agree and acknowledge that Loginro provides access to these tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without recommendation. We will not be liable in any way for your use of these third party tools.
Any use by you of any optional third party tools on the Site offered by Loginro is entirely at your own risk and you must ensure that you are familiar with and accept the Terms and Conditions of such optional tools, provided by third parties.
It is also possible that in the future we will offer new Services and / or options through the Site (including the launch of new tools and resources). These new options and / or Services will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

When you register on the site Loginro by creating an account, by accessing various Loginro`s services and products or by activation of promotional or advertising, Loginro will process personal information that could identify a specific person. In some areas of the site, Loginro will ask you to provide personal information, including your name, address, email, phone, contact information, billing information and other information that can identify you. In other areas of our sites, Loginro collects or may collect demographic information that cannot identify you, such as zip code, age, gender, your interests. Sometimes we collect or may collect a combination between the two types of information. When creating an account on the site you are required to mention your first and last name, email address, birth date, gender, profession, zip code, industry, and personal interests. Displaying personal information in public areas/domains on Loginro.com
Over personal information posted by users in places/public places owned by Loginro such as forums, chats, mailing lists, database with searchable CVs for being copied and stored by third parties, Loginro.com has no control. We are not responsible for that third parties use information that you have posted or you made available in the public spaces that belong to Loginro.
To put you in control of the privacy of your data, Loginro has developed a privacy dashboard in which Candidates have the opportunity to set the level of privacy for several categories of personal. We value privacy more than anything, hence our default settings is to hide Candidate's profile details to regular users, including the resumes. The Candidate can decide anytime what personal data to share with others. We have two main users types: regular users (peers) & recruiters (Companies). Unauthenticated visitors cannot and will not be able to see any profiles. Peers will not see your contact details, while recruiters might if you let them.
Collection and use of personal data by Loginro.com
We use information gathered on Loginro, whether if they are personal data, demographic data, collective or technical data, in order to manage your accounts recording, to settle your questions, to improve our site by consult users in order to increase the quality of products and services. When registering the account, you have given consent to use your personal data to be notified by e-mail or other communication methods regarding updating websites, new opportunities offered by Loginro and additional information that you are interested in and also, newsletters with useful information. The use of personal data by Loginro is in accordance with the legal regulations in relation with the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information
Loginro.com will not transmit (by sale or rent) to third parties your personal information. Loginro.com can, submit information to third parties in the following cases: - With your approval; - If you need to share your information to provide products and services requested by you - If the information is necessary for company's partners for improving or facilitate services or products requested by you; Partner companies are entitled to use the personal data directly provided by Loginro.com only if their assistance is necessary; - We can send personal information to public authorities or public institutions as required by law or good faith if: (a) it provided in a legal provision; (b) protect the rights of Loginro.com or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public safety; (e) the information is necessary in order to solve different situations. - If your activities are contrary to the terms and conditions stated by Loginro.com, or instructions for use of certain products and services; - In? case Loginro.com merges or is totally acquired or only a part by another company, the database is transferred to the new operator. If Loginro.com becomes insolvent, by its will or not, by the liquidator, administrator or database buyer can be sold, licensed, traded only with the consent of the court. In case the above situations will occur, you will be notified by email or by a notice posted on the site Loginro.com.
The CVs
Since Loginro.com is an online recruitment site we give you the possibility of registration your own CV in our database. There are two ways:
- You can register your CV in our database and to not make it searchable for employers. To make it not searchable means that you can apply for jobs, but employers do not have access to your CV in the database. For this, you can use the option 'Private CV', available in section 'My HIPO'
- You can make your CV searchable for third parties (people that use Loginro.com for the service of searching CVs) who have access to our database and can, also, access your CV. If they want, they can unlock your contact information and you will be contacted by them. For this, you can use the option "Public CV", available in the section 'My HIPO'. You can delete your CV from our database anytime (but not earlier than 6 months after the most recent application made by you for a job). Your CV may be still in the database, only if the employers, recruiters, staffing managers, HR specialists have paid for a copy of our database, or in case the third parties have earned the right to access our database. We are not responsible for this kind of data storage. If you are posting another person`s information, it is required that the person has given its prior consent to this act.
Your right to modify and delete your data held by operator
Loginro.com gives the user the right to edit your contact information you have registered, some aspects of which you are interested in, including new information about products and services launched. You can also require the operator to delete your data anytime.

General considerations
By accepting the Terms and Conditions presented on this page, it is understood that you are of minimum age under the laws of Romania and you consent to the use of our site by your minors.
If any provision of this section "Terms and Conditions" is considered invalid by the legal forums, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the "Terms and Conditions", which remain in force. These "Terms and conditions" fully represent an agreement between you and Loginro regarding the use of the Site. These conditions can be modified by us from time to time without prior notification or acceptance from users. You can review the most current version of these Terms anytime by visiting this page. This Agreement constitutes the only convention between you and Loginro and governs your use of the Site, Content and Services, imposing itself over any previous agreement between you and Loginro or its Site (including but not limited to a previous version of the Terms and conditions). You may be also subject to another version of the Terms and conditions that can be applied when you use other services offered by Loginro or its affiliates, Content of any third party or the software of any third party. Rules and relationships between users and Loginro will be governed by the applicable laws in Romania.
Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
Conflict resolution. Applicable law
This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes between the organizer and the participants in the campaign will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to applications and any attempted fraud will be reported to the competent authorities. Any conflict between Loginro and the User is tried to be resolved amicably, by agreement between the two parties.
We invite you to contact us at dpo@loginro.com any dissatisfaction you may have in connection with our Services, for a solution as soon as possible to the reported situation.
If you are a User dissatisfied with the way Loginro has resolved a dispute, you have the right to open a dispute on the European online dispute resolution platform ("SOL").
