Who are we

We, Loginro Digital S.R.L. ("Loginro"), are  a tech community of professionals from Romania dedicated to individuals and businesses. We developed an initiative that helps you search for a job or candidates online. Loginro owns and manages Loginro.com - dedicated to companies which are recruiting or people who are seeking jobs.

Why do we use cookies?

Advertising of this type helps us to reach the categories of customers interested in a certain type of product, to which the respective advertisements are displayed. Usually, the information about the categories that define the range of interested users is not personal data, but the profile that is created about visitors is based on the data collected through advertising profiling cookies, falls into the category of personal data. As these cookies are placed by services controlled by us, it results that the profiling (which is a processing of personal data) through these cookies is performed by us as a data operator. You can choose not to be profiled by Google for advertising purposes at www.google.com/settings/ads

Third Party Cookies

Third-party cookies (also known as tracking cookies or trackers) are created by “parties” other than the website that the user is currently visiting – providers of advertising, retargeting, analytics and tracking services

Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google's pixels are the most used cookies to track our marketing efforts. 

Social plugins

On our websites, you can use social plugins (for example, "Like and Share" buttons) or social media plugins to log in or create an account through your existing account on the social networks (hereinafter referred as "providers"). Loginro is responsible together with the social network for these processing, according to the European policies.

The plugin provider stores the data it collects as usage profiles and uses it for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such an analysis takes place in particular (even for offline users) to display personalized advertising and to inform other social network users about your opinion regarding our services. Through these plugins, we give you the opportunity to register or access in a simpler way a user account in the platform, to interact with social networks and other users, in order to improve our services and design the website according to your interests. The legal basis for the use of plugins is Article 6 (1).) lit. f GDPR. If you access a webpage from our website that contains such a plugin, your browser makes a direct connection to the provider's servers.

The content of the plugin is transmitted directly by your browser to the provider and it is integrated into the website. Through this integration, the provider receives information about which pages you have accessed on our website, even if you do not have a user account on the provider’s network nor you are connected to the mentioned service. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly by your browser to a server of the provider in the US, stored there as a user profile and used, among others, for advertising, market research and designing the needs for the supplier's website.

If during the visit on our website, you are logged in on your Facebook, Github, Google, or LinkedIn account, the respective provider may also associate the website visit with your user account.

If you do not wish this association with your user profile, you should opt out from the use of marketing cookies.

Additionally, you can choose to "Disable third-party cookies" in your browser settings. Then, your browser will no longer send cookies to the social network’s servers. 

We have no influence on the purpose of the collection and further processing of data transferred through plugins by the social networks.
