- You will be responsible for our R&D Center reception interface
- You will ensure that the front desk is always occupied during work hours
- You will be welcoming the visitors and provide useful information for their visit
- You will coordinate with internal security specialist and external security company
- You will be managing temporary cards – registration for visitors and external employees
- You will ensure automated access from the main entrances or parking
- You will forward information by receiving and distributing internal communications, collect, distribute and mail correspondence/packages
- You will offer support for the Facility and Construction Management team
- You will be involved in various other duties as required
Requirements
Who you are:
- You are passionate about doing things in the right way
- You have minimum 2 years previous experience in related fields
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You know how to use Microsoft Office tools and programs expert
The languages you should know:
- Excellent in both English speaking and writing, German language would be a plus
