- You will offer support to the Project Manager in pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.)
- You will receive and process sample orders from the customer
- You will confirm the technical definition with the Project Manager
- You will ensure that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant
- You will inform the customer about the planned delivery dates
- You will distribute the sample delivery plan to customer and internally after each meeting with the Project Manager
- You will ensure and follow customer communication
- You will ensure and follow internal communication with Plant
Requirements
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor degree
- You have At least 2 years of experience
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- You have experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
