- You are considering the users experience within our buildings and related facilities as a market benchmark by permanently reaching the user expectations
- You will be responsible for the soft services in our Facility Management Group such as cleaning landscaping and plants, 5S principles and signage concepts
- You will handle the supervision of related external contractors with proper planning, reporting, and monitoring the quality
- You will handle the implementation of all activities in a structured way, documenting using the proper tools and procedures
Requirements
Who you are:
- You are passionate about doing things in the right way
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in facility management or similar fields
- You are result and quality oriented, efficient, and pro-active worker
- You have good negotiation skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You are a very good organizer & planner with analytical thinking, being able to take quick decisions
- You know how to use Microsoft Office tools and programs expert with focus on Excel
The languages you should know:
- Excellent in both English speaking and writing, German language would be a plus
