We are looking for:

This is a high energy and high impact role that requires a comprehensive understanding of project management, strong business analysis skills, BPM experience and an insatiable drive to deliver high-quality projects end to end. The Project Manager will work with Product Owners, technical teams, business owners, and other stakeholders to address needs and problems, whilst engaging with the necessary Senior Management to ensure objectives and priorities are aligned. We value individuals who are proactive, looking for solutions, full of courage to innovate and take on new challenges.

 

What will you do:

  • Understand the operational processes;
  • Active role in warehousing business process re-engineering with the purpose of cutting costs and/or increase efficiency;
  • Active role in helping warehousing/transportation managers meet their quarterly targets;
  • Develop business cases for integrating new processes;
  • Gather High-Level requirements from the field, perform business analysis and help technical teams find the most suitable solution to meet business needs;
  • Communicate, align and validate requirements with all stakeholders involved in the operational/financial flows;
  • Responsible for developing project roadmap and meeting the deadlines;
  • Coordinate integrated testing cross development teams;
  • Responsible for creating/maintaining user manuals for software applications used in the warehouse;
  • Responsible for users training;
  • Responsible for Project Go Live;
  • Monitor project from start to post-implementation phase;
  • Establish project success metrics and monitor them long after implementation;
  • Involved in defining BI reports to measure warehousing KPIs;
  • Analyze, consolidate and interpret data to identify trends and possible problems.

Requirements

What you must have:

  • Project Management experience;
  • Business analysis experience;
  • Fast learner;
  • A number person;
  • Self-driven person;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Analytical mind, well-organized and able to prioritize;
  • High level of proactivity, initiative, energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism;
  • Conceptual thinker and able to translate this into an operational goal.
  • Working with database
  • Experience working in Agile SCRUM methodology projects;
  • BPM experience.
