Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities
  • Facilitate, manage, and prioritize solution requests from the client and deliver them to the project team
  • Balance client requirements with data and application architecture constraints
  • Work with the project team to monitor the status of outstanding requests and re-prioritize requests as necessary to meet business goals
  • Approve and track completed solution requests after confirming the developed solutions fully and accurately address the business needs
  • Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation, and work with the project team to ensure the quality of internal and external client-facing documentation and other deliverables
  • Serve as subject matter expert to help identify and qualify business development opportunities
  • Work alongside with the project team to produce the necessary project deliverables
  • Create wireframes, flow diagrams, use cases, and other requirement documents to model and to detail the input received from the clients
  • Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis – review requirements and requests from the business, identify and assess the changes that are needed and evaluate their impact
  • Maintain project board, follow up on tasks and support the team by providing guidance and adding value to every step in the development lifecycle
  • Act as a servant leader for the project team
