Role

We are looking to add a Lead Project Manager to our team in Cluj-Napoca or Oradea.

In this role, you will lead a team of Project Managers, provide continuous guidance and support for their growth while also managing project(s) from various industries and at different development stages.

This will be a dynamic environment, where you have the chance to participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

  • Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities
