Role

  • Create innovative solutions for application stability and monitoring.
  • Help drive innovation and automation of security validation tools and services through integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency and necessary experience in designing, enhancing and developing complex Java microservices (Spring Boot) and cloud-native applications.
  • Knowledge or passion to learn about server-side application security topics including SSO, SSL, certificates, OWASP.
  • Good understanding of Linux system administration.
  • Interested in container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Would be a great plus if you:

  • Don’t mind getting your hands dirty in legacy code that needs TLC in a variety of application languages (Python, JavaScript, Java).
  • Thrive in an agile environment and are happy to teach and learn from your teammates.
  • Are interested in coming up with innovative solutions for complicated problems and are passionate about finding ways to do things better.
  • Enjoy system administration/system engineering as much as software engineering.
