Role
- Provide team members with a common goal and objective / vision and align the team goals with the ones of the organization
- Evaluate workload, adjusting schedules and priorities as required to make sure deadlines are met
- Create, maintain, improve and provide needed resources to enable team members to do their work
- Participate in the recruiting and selection process
- Provide coaching and technical support to all team members
- Resolve existing conflict in the team, if necessary

Requirements
Technical:
- Experience with Android as mobile platform
- Proficient knowledge and utilization of engineering tools necessary for successful performance of the essential functions of this job description including experience necessary to develop complex software
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with enterprise mobile applications
- Prior experience in an Agile environment
- Prior experience in serving as the lead software engineer for projects and teams
