Responsible for managing small, medium to large scale RPA implementation
Collaborates with Business team and RPA Developers to design, develop and configure RPA to customer's specifications and ensure the best experience for the users
Collaborates with Business and IT for robots & flows setup, process specifications and deployment
In charge to Develop the Project Plan, Prepare Cost & Benefit Analysis, Risk Management, Manage Project Execution, Direct the Project Team, Manage Changes, Communication, Final Product Implementation

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates RPA business needs and user requirements across various departments/ processes
• Conducts requirements analysis
• Coordinates larger RPA implementations or multiple smaller projects in parallel, Responsible for the end to end project implementation
• Creates detailed process description and walkthrough that can be directly used for artefact development
• Creates an implementation plan for the automation activities
• Ensures the knowledge handover for process to RPA Developer
• Contributes to the design and testing of RPA processes
• Validates change requests
• Collects test data and documents test cases
• Manage the stakeholders
• Provides post Go Live support to the automation during Hypercare
• Successfully deliver the RPA projects (on time and budget)
• Records Benefits post RPA deployment in collaboration with the Business teams
• Participates in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Works closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment and coordination across, as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
• Adopts Agile delivery methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines
• Provides regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
• Contributes to CoE MO: controls, documentation, processes, governance
