Role
- You are the IT contact person for our customers, auditing business departments and you will advise them from an IT perspective;
- You are involved in operation and support activities of our applications and administration and configurations of our applications.
- You actively participate in processing and preparation of data in our applications as well as in creating reports and dashboards using our reporting tool.
- You are responsible for reporting requirements gathering from the business, documenting, and implementing them.
- You act as a contact person for our internal and external service provider regarding technical issues.
- You continuously support business initiatives in the context of digital transformation.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies in (business) computer science.
- You can understand applications data models.
- You are enthusiastic about working on and with data in SQL, you have experience in working in SQL.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of JavaScript or/and Java.
- You are customer oriented and interested in understanding business processes.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, and you are able to cooperate with a focus on building trusting relationships with the department.
- You think and act in a structured and flexible way.
- You have good knowledge of written and spoken English, German language would be a plus.
