Role

Provides expert know how and professional leadership on complex Infrastructure assignments and projects
Serves as a technical operator responsible for design, engineering and development of information technology solutions
Installs and configures IBM CP4BA Platform and AddOns in cloud environment (Openshift / Kubernetes)
Builds monitoring for ECM Document Management Services using tools like Instana, Prometheus and Splunk
Handles technologies like Openshift, Kubernetes, Linux and Windows server
Builds simple SQL Queries to collect performance metrics from Oracle, DB2 and PostgreSQL.
Supports Content Management Products like IBM CP4BA and OpenText

Requirements

University degree in information technology or comparable education;
Solid experience in Content Management Products like CP4BA and OpenText
Expertise in implementation of CP4BA based projects using components such as Content Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, DataCap, ADP
Experience with Openshift 4.x
Experience with migration of projects between FileNet environments
Experience with DB, PostgreSQL and Oracle database technologies
Knowledge of other IBM Cloud Paks
Experience in working with clustered environments for globally distributed deployments
Expertise in ECM Platforms build on multiple operating environments
Experience in installation, configuration, implementation and support of CP4BA and AddOns
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast and thorough manner
Experience in routine maintenance and monitoring the ECM infrastructure
English language – experienced level
German language (working experience) is a +
