Role
Columna Flow is a Patient Flow Management Solution. It aims to improve work-life inside the hospital by improving real-time communication and collaboration of the hospital’s clinicians and service personnel and optimizing hospital logistics.
Columna Flow consists of various applications, each designed to solve central communicative - and logistical challenges. They are user-friendly and easily accessible. They function via web applications and on smartphones (native android applications) and can be used independently or as an integrated part of logistics. The solution includes several modern IoT - and communication technologies that support modern Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) - and secure messaging capabilities.
The Columna Flow team is growing and needs your help. The growth is driven by success in export markets. Currently, we are both enhancing existing applications and building new ones. The team is friendly and ambitious. It is cross-functional and is responsible for the continued innovation, development, and operation of the products. The products are deployed and running on +40 hospitals worldwide, both as a cloud - and on-premise. We are responsible for improving and maintaining this product to continue being the best product on the market. New releases are shipped every 2-3 months, including new capabilities, bug fixes, and other improvements.
Requirements
The candidate profile we are looking for
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent, passionate about working in an agile complex set-up (previous exposure to distributed teams would be considered a plus)
- Solid software engineering skills, preferably with a good understanding of the clean coding principles, and strong competencies in algorithm development and enterprise applications lifecycle
- Comfortable of handling whole vertical development (DB, Server, Client)
- Development background in one of the modern front-end libraries/frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, ReactJS)
- Experience with SQL-like DB and ORMs
- Experience with unit testing concepts and frameworks (server-side, front-end)
- Strong English is written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with working in a scrum team

Minimum technical competencies
- C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core 5
- HTTP/2, REST, WCF SSL
- Vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, Less/CSS, jQuery (Focus on Vue.js 2/3)
- Experience working with object-oriented design and design patterns
- Test-driven development, profiling, optimization
- Familiar with Git and feature-based branching
- Good understanding of Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) workflows
