Software development leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of international experience in developing products, leading and building up different small-mid sized organizations, fully responsible for the complete product development life-cycle, touching different industries like: webhosting, domain names, eCommerce, finance and digital consumer.

I am working for 1&1 Internet Development, driving the Romanian development and operations teams for the leading provider of email in Germany and Europe's largest home grown digital consumer platform, 1&1 Mail & Media. Together with my colleagues, I’m proud to own the accountability for Calendar, Online Office, Mail Domain Hosting, Messaging, MillionenKlick, Customer Support Experience products development and maintenance for our brands GMX, web.de and mail.com.

I live in Bucharest together with my 5-years old daughter and I love traveling and discover different new cultures, try out different sports like snowboarding, climbing, paragliding, volleyball, gym or simply running up the stairs
