Flavia Bucerzan

I am a communication specialist with over 15 years of national and international experience, gained in various business environments, from construction or advertising to IT companies. During these years I had the opportunity to experience the many facets of communication and gain experience in organizing international events, promoting European-funded projects, corporate communication, CSR, marketing, PR, digital tools, and more recently in managing a team responsible for recruitment marketing.

I am currently the coordinator of the Employer Branding strategy for one of the largest employers in Romania and I have made a change in my area of expertise, replacing the products I used to promote with the employer brand.

I obtained a bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and a master's degree in Public Policy and Advocacy at the West University of Timișoara.
