Molson Coors Global Business Services is a young company providing centralized operations to one of the oldest and biggest brewers in the world. You’ve probably tasted a few of our beers – from well-known brands like Staropramen, Bergenbier, Beck’s, Blue Moon, Miller or Coors to craft specialties like Doom Bar made by our Sharps brewery in Cornwall (UK) and recently introduced to the Romanian market. Molson and Coors were founded in 1786 and 1783 respectively, counting a total of more than 350 years of combined brewing heritage. We support Molson Coors business units in domain areas like finance, commercial, human resources and IT. In our IT department we are covering activities such as Information Security, BI & Data Analytics, Project Management, Commercial Delivery, Supply Chain & Enabling and RPA. In addition, we are also providing Back Office IT Support globally for software & hardware management and telephony expense management. The various IT teams are involved in the development and implementation of software applications, working with developers, designers, architects and project managers around the world to ensure software solutions meet business needs. Agile is our favorite way of working, mainly in cloud environments. For achieving our goals, we are using technologies and systems such as Teradata, Hadoop, Tableau, Anaplan, Python, SQL, UNIX, Linux, Salesforce, CloudCraze, Shopify, Wordpress, Drupal, Automation Anywhere & SAP. Taking great pride in our culture, we’ve based it on traditional Molson Coors values and kept it fresh through the spirit of a young, vibrant GBS team.
