Summary of your future role:
- Primarily, the engineer’s tasks involve operating, maintaining and monitoring the Citrix environment, but also troubleshooting daily issues. He must be capable of rectifying any errors that occur within the Citrix service. He should daily verify and monitor the availability of the solution. The engineer is also responsible for how any upgrades on the infrastructure are handled and applied. He is responsible for Citrix related applications, network and storage infrastructure. He will make use of all the administration tools available in the Citrix environment.
- Finally, he should be able to provide all the necessary support in relation to other IT Operation teams or related Projects that interconnect in any way with the Citrix Infrastructure.
Requirements
What will help you be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in information science or computer;
- Strong knowledge of Citrix products including Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp and XenDesktop), ADC (NetScaler) VPX/MPX/SDX, as well as commonly integrated products such as StoreFront, Provisioning (PVS), Citrix MCS, App Layering, Profile Management is a must;
- One or more IT Certifications related to Citrix;
- Experience with MS Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and MS Windows 10 is a must;
- Experience with DNS, Group Policy and Active Directory;
- Experience with HP and Dell bare-metal hardware and systems management;
- Social Skills and competencies Analytical Thinking; Teamwork; Strong problem solving skills; Communication skills in international environment; Willingness to improve technical skills;
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English;
