Role

The Senior Change Consultant will be working in Bucharest, Romania as part of the IT Organizational Change Management (OCM), within the North American IT Solution Delivery team, with members in USA and Romania. 

 

The role will support the US-based IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team with the design, development and measurement of sustainable, relevant and meaningful change management strategies, plans and deliverables to support the changes coming from the IT portfolio.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Process:

  • Partner with the US-based IT OCM Team to apply an organizational-specific structured methodology to develop change management interventions, activities, and collateral: partner with the US-based IT OCM Team to understand the necessary change management solutions and lead the design & development of these solutions.
  • Design & develop communication content: Lead the design & development of communications to all stakeholders and impacted teams.
  • Measure change readiness, communications, training & change adoption: Partner with the US-based IT OCM Team to develop data & reporting to be shared regularly with project & business leadership on the effectiveness of change readiness, communications, training & change adoption solutions so quick and thoughtful remediation can take place.
  • Design & develop training materials: Lead & own the design & development of training, including knowledge, skill, and capability building.
  • Lead scheduling, coordination, and logistics for training delivery: Develop training schedules, input course and session information into the Learning Management System (LMS) for registration and assignments, create training logistics checklists to manage all coordination activities, upload e-learning content into the LMS, develop communications regarding training delivery and track & measure training completion.

 

Stakeholder Management:

  • This role will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders (IT, business partners, process leads, architects, business analysts, developers, engineers, vendor/3rd party, etc).

Requirements

Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Communications Development, Instructional Design, Training Design & Development or with a related business management experience.
  • Creative & curious, with experience and passion in creating innovative communications and training solutions to increase user acceptance & adoption.
  • Confident & competent. Diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business.
  •  Experience working in a manufacturing industry with large scale system adoption. SAP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with project management approaches (desired Agile and Waterfall), tools and phases of the project lifecycle, as well as, experience with large-scale, organizational change efforts.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Ability to influence others (including a field-based audience) and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Very good command of English language.
